Meet the Giftify Product Team

They’re Giftify’s resident dreamers, designers, doers, and makers. This week on the blog, we’ll give a long-overdue introduction to our Product Team.

Based at our HQ in Brussels, the Giftify Product Team has developed all the technology running our RapidCard System, from the Giftify App in the RapidCard Fuse to the back office ordering and reporting software. We believe in putting 110% into our product lines, and the Product Team work tirelessly to: improve our hardware’s performance, security, and aesthetics; develop new software; propose and implement digital services; construct B2B and B2C ordering integrations; optimize gift card offerings; create features based on customer feedback and satisfaction; and much more.

Also part of the Product Team is Marketing: we believe that the best way to present our product lines is to have our expert storytellers right there on the ground floor of product development. In fact, our Global Manager of Product, Innovation, and Design was the driving voice in the development of Giftify’s current website – but you’ll meet him in a moment.

So without further ado, meet the Product Team!

Jade Hazard
Global Director – Product, Innovation, and Design

Jade has been with Giftify, and the Loyaltek Group in general, for nearly five years. Every minute detail of our product development, software sprint planning, product design, and workflows passes under her eyes for review. Jade has also dedicated much of her career to supporting philanthropic causes, and most recently took a sabbatical for a microfinance mission in El Salvador.

Sacha de Diego Bravo
Global Manager – Product, Innovation, and Design

Having made his start with Giftify in Customer Support, Sacha is our resident encyclopaedia of Giftify processes and products. Sacha is Jade’s right hand, and is dedicated to structuring Giftify’s product spread and creating clear documentation to ensure that services run smoothly. Thanks to Sacha, all hardware, applications, software, and digital portals are fully-functional and up-to-date.

Mathilde Bargouin
Product Manager

Mathilde has been with the Loyaltek Group since the beginning – she remembers when the company was just a handful of finance-enthusiasts dreaming about all the possibilities our knowledge of payment processing could bring. During her tenure with Giftify, Mathilde has worked to ensure that our products run smoothly and consistently, and that thorough testing and debugging has occurred prior to launch.

Victoria Sergeant
Product Officer

Victoria started her journey with Giftify in Operations and Project, before joining Product in May 2021. Victoria’s experience in Operations and Project means she has a unique viewpoint on our customers’ relationship with our products – and can give feedback on how to optimise a flow or improve a user journey. Victoria is also lightning-quick when it comes to test environments, so you can be assured that any software we launch has received her rigorous attention. One of Victoria’s core projects will go live in 2022, so stay tuned for that update!

Claude Racine
Product and Legal Officer

Claude is our legal eagle: every contract, every annex, every addendum for every client is painstakingly reviewed by Claude to ensure security for both Giftify and our clients. When it comes to compliance, AML, and efficient legal documentation, Claude is second to none. That said, when a particularly tricky compliance issue comes up, Claude heads straight for his counterpart at our sister company Paynovate, Senior Legal and Compliance Officer Alexandre Gau. Alongside his legal capacity, Claude also works to develop and test new features for the Giftify website, RapidCard System, and back office.

Valentine Jossart
Product Officer

Valentine is the newest member of the Product Team, and will join the team in late January 2022. Like Victoria, Valentine started her journey with Giftify in Operations and Project. While working with our colleagues in Project, Valentine worked directly with our clients during the kick-off phase of promo and gift card programme launches so she knows our service procedures inside and out. Likewise, as part of the Ops team, Valentine configured RapidCard Spark terminals to ensure that they arrived at our clients’ centres ready to use straight from the box. Welcome to the team, Valentine!

Shannon Rollins
Global Marketing Manager

Shannon is our Global Marketing Manager, and has been with Team Product since April 2021. Shannon creates content not only for our website, but also for our LinkedIn and our Insights page (yes, she is now writing about herself in the third-person…) Shannon’s main focus may be data analytics these days, but she takes the most pride in wrapping Product’s assortment in our fresh-new branding.

Arina Klimina
Junior Marketing Officer

Arina joined our team in November 2021. A recent graduate, Arina has a natural aptitude for graphic design and develops all the wonderful documentation and visuals we need to show the power of Giftify. For trade shows, Arina is our go-to girl. Like Shannon, Arina also works on content creation for our digital channels.
