Where can I buy a card?
Our cards are available at your local shopping centre. Depending on your centre, you can purchase your gift card:
- At your Shopping Centre’s Service Desk (for more info, contact your Shopping Centre);
- At a vending kiosk at your Shopping Centre;
- Online via your Shopping Centre’s website.
How do I buy a card at a vending kiosk?
It’s as simple as using your smartphone; our vending kiosks are built to be intuitive for all shoppers. All you need to do is select your language, choose whether you want to A. buy a card, B. check your gift card’s balance, or C. pick up a card you ordered online, and then just follow the instructions that appear on the screen!
How do I use my gift card?
Your Giftify gift card is a magnetic stripe card, which means that it works the same way as a standard credit card; there’s no chip so no need to remember a personal code! You should treat your gift card like cash: if you lose your gift card, the remaining funds can’t be reissued. When placing a purchase greater than your card’s available funds, you can easily complete your purchase with another payment method.
Where can I use the gift card?
You can use Giftify’s gift card at any shop in the shopping centre that has onboarded with the programme! For more details, check out the website of your shopping centre or check in with the centre’s Service Desk (if applicable).
Where can I check the balance of the card?
The balance of your gift card is very easy to check! You can find it online using the QR code on the back of your card, by scanning the QR at a vending kiosk, or at the centre’s Service Desk! You can also review the transaction history: all you need to do is check our online portal using the link on the back of your card (you can also access this via the QR code). All you’ll need to check both your balance and transaction history online is the token number from the back of your card (see the sample image below).
