Pierre Sengier
Head of Operations, Project, and Support
Pierre started his career at the Loyaltek Group as HR Manager before receiving a promotion to revamp our Operations, Project, and Support services. Under Pierre, these three departments joined into one coherent team covering all aspects of our clients' after-sales product journey. We think that his time spent working in HR has given him a unique insight into providing a human touch to the onboarding and support processes. Pierre is an avid sportsman, spending his holidays scuba diving and his evenings at the cross fit gym.
Chiara Paladino
Operations and Project Manager
A native Italian, and fluent in an impressive 5 languages, Chiara joined our team in 2021. She has previous experience working as a team leader for technical support call centres, and uses the project management skills she learned there to implement the tailored gift card programme for our new clients. Outside of work, Chiara enjoys exploring new cities in Belgium and searching for unique jewellry - especially earrings! You can learn even more about Chiara in her Woman of the Week feature.
Venel Geneus
Operations and Project Manager
Born and raised in Haiti, Venel has travelled the world - from Business School in Taiwan to Master Mixologist in Toronto. We're lucky to have him working with us, onboarding new shopping and retail centres, confirming that all configurations and processes are properly installed on our vending/payment terminals, and managing the launch of our clients' new gift card programmes.
Aaron Kabamba
Operations and Support Officer
Don't let his serious portrait fool you: Aaron has an infectious smile, and his laugh lights up the office! Aaron joined our team in late 2021, and is completely bilingual in French and English having spent several years in London. He has an adventurer's soul with a novelist's spirit, and we're delighted to have him with us from 9 to 5. Our clients are in good hands with Aaron, whose attention to detail and product knowledge ensures swift resolution for any Operations issue our clients might face. Senior Customer Support Officer
Najlae has been with us for over two years now, and knows everything that there is to know about Giftify support and customer service. If you've ever called our Support line in English or French, you've probably talked with Naj. Customer care is her calling: interacting with people and finding solutions for them is one of her passions.
