How do I onboard a Gift Card programme?
First, a representative from the Centre or Giftify will come to your store to add it to the whitelist of shops accepting Giftify’s semi-closed loop cards. Then, we’ll make a test purchase to ensure your shop is properly integrated into our gift card management platform. That’s all it takes!
Why should I onboard my Shopping Center's Gift Card Programme?
Giftify’s gift cards will help your shop in many ways! As 31% of gift card customers purchase goods at full price and spend, on average, 40% more than the value of the card, Giftify will help generate improved margins and increase in-store sales (Giftify cards can only be used in store, not from your brand’s webshop)! Our gift cards also lead to a lower number of returns and repurchases.

How do Giftify gift cards work?
Giftify’s card is a magnetic stripe card, so if you accept credit cards your payment system can accept our gift cards as well; you run them just the same as you would a Visa, Mastercard, or any other credit card. No additional installation or equipment needed! There is zero additional administration work for your store associates, and the transaction period is identical to what you’ve already negotiated with your payment provider for other cards.
Will I have to pay any additional fees to accept Giftify’s gift card transactions?
No! Since Giftify functions as a prepaid card using the international card network negotiated by your centre (Visa or Mastercard), you’ll only pay the card scheme commission fee set in your acquiring contract.
