Read on for important information about Giftify service costs in 2023
Dear Clients,
Thank you for choosing to work with Giftify in 2022. Together we issued over 700,000 gift cards so far this year, and have built tools and technology that will serve us moving into the future. On that note, we sent a communication in December 2022 to let you know that we've reviewed our internal costs and the pricing structure for 2023. We'd like to advise you in advance that we will implement a 5% price increases as of February 1st, 2023.
These pricing updates are due to the increased/inflated cost in materials, utilities, and other crucial building blocks for Giftify's variety of gift card solution services. For the past 10 years, Giftify has absorbed these annual increases. However, we can no longer do this while maintaining our commitment to innovative products. We will, as always, do our best to provide a commercially interesting offer to all our Partners and Clients.
In Q4 2023, we will again review our prices and inform you of our updated pricing in advance of budget forecasting submission dates. We would like to thank you again for your trust and business in 2022; we look forward to continuing our collaboration in 2023.
