Live Chat with Giftify Support [beta]

We know that one of the top things shopping centres, retail parks, shopping outlets, and city centres look for in a gift card solution is SUPPORT. At Giftify, 7/7 telephone and email support in both English and your local language during operation hours comes standard. Over the past year, we've audited our clients' satisfaction with support and the feedback we've received. Our top priority is to provide fast resolutions and improve our accessability, so we are adding a new element to our Support toolkit: Live Chat.

From banks to airlines to software, live chat widgets serve an important role as a first line of support for customer's looking for resolution to a quick question. And now, Giftify is included in that number. Introducting our latest product launch - Support Live Chat. This chat widget will be located natively on a forthcoming upgrade to our Extranet. That means more support options will be directly available to your employees and team members who use Giftify services every day, and need a little extra help the most. 

With Live Chat, we are continuing to provide the customer service and support that you need. Live Chat is currently only available as a beta version with a small sample of customers. We will provide a fresh release note when the roll-out of this service is scheduled, with rolling migration to this service likely to begin in Summer 2022.

 

How does it work?

What does it do?

With our Live Chat widget Giftify will be able to offer an additional, complementary support communication channel for our clients, in addition to the FAQ page, Telephone, and Email that you're already using. This new service means you'll be able to receive a quick answer for any simple question or inquiry*:

  • Having trouble finding the correct flow on the Extranet for the procedure you need? Live Chat!
  • Confusion over a payment detail? Live Chat!
  • Need help with your terminal's configuration? Live Chat, Live Chat, Live Chat!

Our Support Team is trained on all Giftify services, and are ready to help find the answers you need quickly and efficiently.

Release features

  • You'll be able to open a live chat dialogue with one of Giftify's Support Agents via the Extranet, pending an anticipated upgrade (estimated Summer 2022)
  • Your Support Agent will be assigned based on the localisation settings on your browser; if your browser settings are for France, you will be assigned a French-speaking Agent
  • "But what if there are no Agents online?" No worries! If there isn't an available Agent, you'll receive an automatic greeting and follow-up messaging in the chat box to start the Support process
  • In instances where we don't have an Agent available for your language settings, our Live Chat has automated translation activated**

What's fixed or improved?

  • Not yet applicable: this is a new product launch currently in beta
